I'm feeling bad for expressing this in writing, but .... this place is old and disgusting. It isn't clean at all. The furniture looks like it has been through war, the carpets have burn marks. The kitchen is tiny and besides plates/cutlery and glasses there really isn't anything to cook with. Very small fridge and ancient stove. No paper towel, tea towels etc. The staff is super nice, and very helpful and that has been a really pleasant experience. We needed help and they came in a timely manner and tried to address the issues. Thank you for that. I read the reviews of this place prior to booking and most of them were positive. I know it is a busy time of year, but considering the nightly rate, this honestly feels like robbery and we are extremely disappointed. The entrance to our place looks like a dump, with laundry and stuff sitting all over the porch - not very welcoming. That said the view from our livingroom is amazing.

The resort and amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I would only ask that they stock the kitchen with more kitchenware like a roasting pan or casserole dish for the oven and a working toaster. We made do without but it limited our cooking options. All in all the location was remote and felt very peaceful. Right near the Tunnel Hiking Biking Loop which was a nice access point to a great lookout area!

It was close enough to Banff Ave where heading down there wasn’t a big deal, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The room wasn’t super fancy or anything but it had everything that we needed so it was perfect for us. We did have noisy neighbors above us, but that’s the the resorts fault

The property is dated, but exactly what we expected and was looking for. Wood burning fire place in our room, outdoor hot tub, stunning scenery and off the beaten path. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway.
