Not the worst but not the best
It was mostly fair for the price. Major issues: - Not enough parking. I had to park on the street. The main appeal of getting a place around the village is being able to park your car while snowboarding without worrying about getting towed. Luckily the gondola was closed and I had to drive anyway. - The bedroom had 2 beds. 1 extremely soft, so soft it wouldn't hold its shape. The other one was too firm, like Tempurpedic plus. - Checked-in at night, attendant couldn't provide any information. All questions were answered with "you have to ask to the people in the morning."

Great location. Best part is that the double deck hot tub is open all winter! Maintenance repair is needed in some rooms (wall heaters make loud whining sounds and the filters are dirty), otherwise a great stay.

Great location, but some issues with Internet!
Great location, and nice room, but bathroom is a bit cold when the winter weather hits South Lake Tahoe. Also during this stay there was some issues with the Internet, which is a problem when you need to work online. Not sure if that was due to the location of this room, or a general problem in the resort. . .

Our fireplace stopped working so I contacted the front desk to see if it could be fixed. They said they would send someone right out but no one showed. Called again an hour later and still nothing. Key cards stopped working multiple times and had to get new ones. Minor complaints because we do love this place. Location and hot tub are hard to beat, especially for the price.
