The one staff “Val” supervisor was the most rude and unpleasant employee we had to deal with - he asked for extra personal information that was not needed and when he did ask for extra information he did not tell us why it was required when he all if our information. Because we questioned him he did not give us a parking in the hotel area it was across the street- then the room he gave us had no view and hot water didn’t work- the tub was clogged too. That same employee had caused issues foe other people that same night - and these people were well groomed professional business people with a gold membership. The worst place to stay as the employee were so careless because at checking time your helpless and just have to along with what they say - the next we had planned to stay an extra night but decided to stay somewhere else-
