It was a larger motel than I expected. The doors are all outside facing. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine, but the WIFI was terrible. I got a signal but it kept dropping off, so I just switched over to my 5G hotspot and quit trying. The pool looked nice but I didn't get it since I didn't have time.

Hotel was cheap. Room was clean and roomy. There is a nice park right next to the hotel to walk when you need to kill an hour or two. Cons: tv did not work. You can hear everything going on outside the room from people talking to just walking by. The blinds were suspect at whether they fully blocked everyones view of the room at nighttime and i was on the first floor. I think that its a good hotel overall but with a cheaper hotel comes some cheaper customers that i would not want to be my neighbors

It always smelled like weed outside. People were constantly going in and out of rooms like it was a drug deal. The room was dirty and there were stains on the wall. Overall not worth the money and I would never stay here again.

The gentleman that checked us in made it clear he was not a fan of golfers who are coming to town to see the WM Phoenix Open. The rooms are ok, nothing special. The TV was slanted like 45 degrees facing the ground and looked like it would fall if I touched it. The showers are terrible with water pressure. The bed sheets and pillows are lovely however the mattress is smaller than the bed frame by about 4” every direction and there are metal feet every 2’ on the bed frame . Found that out because I smashed my toes every time I got near the bed. It is incredibly noisy and I would not recommend staying here at all. Ok location but don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything nice.
