The location is great for this hotel. It's conveniently situated by Chestnut Street by all restaurants and shops. Included free parking and the staff was super nice. They do a great job at maintaining the hotel. My room was basic, but clean. My only issue was the walls were very thin and we got booked next door to a group of very loud girls. I don't know if this was just the room since it was an adjoining room. I would stay here again.

Cow Hollow would not convert my reservation to a later date. Have stayed at this location more than 50 times and NO consideration to book for a few days later due to weather. LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
