The hotel is lovely, but the staff service was poor. We had booked a king room, with breakfast. Once we booked in I asked about breakfast but was told we hadn’t paid for it, which I clearly had on Wotif. As I didn’t have a chance to check this, we just wanted to get to our room, I checked my booking and had booked breakfast. I wanted to check via the hotel just to double check and again was told No. we were then told we had been upgraded to a king room, but I had been the one to book the king room with no upgrade mentioned. Overall, not the best check-in and communication we could have had.
