Staff member forgot who I was after 5 minutes of checking in. Needed to double check I was actually staying there. Washing machine needs a clean/replacement. Everything smelled after completion - even with washing powder. Bed base was broken - very uncomfortable. I was camping for the week, my inflatable bed was better. Spa was absolutely brilliant, best thing about the motel.
