Overall a good hotel. Clean and staff were friendly. Restaurant and bar good. Would go back if attending Gabba Event as its close. Some points: only a fridge and kettle in our room. Car parking available but limited. Some outside noise on lower levels facing street. Confusing shower taps and screen moved. Hard to locate driveway at night. Location requires driving through busy city traffic so tricky spot if driving to locations around Brisbane.

I ordered a room with a balcony but it proved to be extremely noisy. We also found that the bath was quite diffecult to get in or out. We are two elderly ladies.

The staff are so nice and friendly. The room is beautifully quite even though there is major road right outside and the blackout curtains are the best, not even a hint of morning sun
