I can see there is work being done to improve . But his was met with friendly service but the accomodation very old. No parking the pathway leading to car park and pool are old and unlevel. Our room was noisy. No face washer with towels. The pool look very old. Real shame since Covid that the restaurant no longer there. There are many cafes along the coolangata strip but expensive. Hopefully after the renovations they his will be a better place. Great location

The room was daggy & old, but mostly clean & comfy. The shower is tiny & old, with mould around the bottom row of tiles, but good water pressure. The front of office staff with whom we had contact were pleasant. The room maintenance/service staff were lovely & happy to work in with our timing -really good team. We enjoyed the 3 days, 2 nights, and the room was comfortable & clean. [It's going to be knocked down soon, I believe]. Nice & close to Snapper & D'bah. 😊

Place was aware I’d be a late check in. Took at least 5 minutes for someone to answer the intercom.when someone finally answered , I had to hone my debit card details over the intercom and was cut out half way through. Recalled , finally don’t my card details through but I found this unsettling. Finally got to room and was very rundown and ceiling dirty. Really not impressed. Staff were friendly on checkout though.

Loved our stay. The building is an 80s architectural building that has been refurbished very recently. We stayed on the 10th level and the lobby, the halls and our room had been redone to feel fresh and new while still having a retro feel. Everything was clean and felt great. Listened to the ocean all night, and could see the ocean through the trees

Room was clean, roomy and fresh scandi style with a balcony towards the ocean. King size bed, desk with chair, nice comfy reading chair. Balcony had 2 chairs and table. Liked it a lot, newly renovated. Foyer also very nice, clean. Staff very helpful and organised, check in was quick. Location perfect.
