When we got to the reception, we were asked for ID's and credit card number. The guy at the reception confirmed that when we check out, receipt will be provided. Checked out the next day, we were told that they could not provide a receipt and to go back to expedia, was told that the credit card we provided was charged for parking and the room was charged upon online booking. Process was a bit confusing.

The Atlantis was great.. great staff great value very clean everything we needed was well catered for and really enjoyed the breakfast we'll definitely go back
