Brand new lovely apartment and because of this, a couple of things missing - dish cloth and tea towel. Great shower and comfy beds with crisp new sheets. Check in procedure difficult, as experienced by a few guests we met, as the web key which Rambla sends you is unusable from basement carpark and lifts where WiFi isn't available. As I understand it, where WiFi isn't available you need to access room key via the Bluetooth app via the Wotif portal. It's all confusing and not explained well at all. We just ended up getting a physical key by phoning Rambla on 1300 583 151 and the staff were awesome. They have a key safe and we had a physical key within a minute. This can be used to scan you into the front door, carpark, lifts and your room. I'd definitely stay again but would get a physical key as soon as I arrived, once I'd managed to get in the building. Luckily, kind guests helped us out.
