Excellent value
Given the price point, this is an excellent hotel. The room quite basic, but it was clean, adequately equipped and comfortable. We stayed mid week and it was nice and quiet, but can imagine it would be fairly lively on a Friday/Saturday night. We did have a problem with the shower hose leaking and USB power points not working, but after reporting the problems to reception on the first morning, they were both fixed later the same day, so first class customer service. Parking was very convenient and cheap and breakfast is available from a range of cafes nearby. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because on the morning of our departure, there was no hot water due to a problem that developed overnight.

I can see the modern twist however the room had just the bed. This was an accessible room, so I really struggled to understand why there wasn’t anything else aside the bed in the room. Nonetheless, the room and the bathroom where quite spacious. The bathroom was quite good comparing to other hotels. I think for the price, maybe the concept can be revisited.
