The beds were very uncomfortable they never cleaned the floor stepped on a junior mint smooshed into the rug and wrappers and hair ties all over then couldn't get near hot tub so many teenagers there you would have thought it was a local hang out will not go back there room was way smaller than expected for the money paid!

We have stayed with hotel in past but going down hill . First used hair dryer and was blowing sparks when I used and did call and they did fix with new one. But both nights at pool my daughter was very uncomfortable to go in pool because older boys throwing football in pool jumping from indoor pool to outdoor pool with no one saying anything. Then in morning woke up to fire alarm going off and had to go down to lobby for half hour In pajamas!!! Not a fun vacation at all!

This customer service here is horrible. When we checked in I was told they were charging us a$24.99 service charge for booking thru a third party for “incendentials”. Kids running up and down the hallway screaming and we notified the front desk and they ignored the complaint
