Clean, modern (electric shutters were a nice touch), spacious (1 bdrm apt), and amazing location. Close to metro and RER (1 stop from Gare du Nord), close to a ridiculous amount of restaurants, large grocery around the corner, and 5 min walk to the louvre. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and very easy process for check in/check out. They even allowed luggage drop off in the apartment starting at 11:30. Would stay here again.

The 10AM checkout - which is non-negotiable - is a real bummer. If it was 12pm then 5 stars, if it was extendable, then 5 stars, if it was extendable for a fee then also OK. But 10AM is far to early for a check-out. Otherwise property is fantastic.
