L’entrée et le lobby sont invitants, modernes et bien décorés. Le buffet déjeuner est bien aussi, très propre. La chambre laisse à désirer. On avait l’impression d’être dans un autre hôtel une fois dans la chambre. Nous étions dans la 2101. La toilette est dans une pièce isolée où se trouve seulement le bol de toilette. Pas de lavabo. Il faut aller dans une autre pièce de la chambre pour se laver les mains. Pas très pratique! La douche est mal entetenue, pas bien lavée. Il y avait des traces noires et roses dans le coulis de la céramique, donc moississure et autres pas bien frottés depuis un temps. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas bien. L’eau sortait donc pendant la douche. La chambre en général était démodée et a besoin de rénovations. Le lit, sofa-lit et oreillers pas confortables.

The front desk were not friendly, slow and does not provide sufficient information (such as did not inform us the location of the lift, how to use - as you have to press it from outside causing confusion to guest, even an air stewardess does not how to operate and we have to assist her) when asked the cost of city tax, she just pointed to a card displayed at the counter. One night a security came to knock on the door and I reply from behind the door, maybe he does not hear me from there, once I open the door but with the latch on, he just say “oh sorry” and left (just wondering why he knocked on our door). The location is okay but am sure can find similar hotel with better services with the same price

PROS - the hotel itself was so lovely, from the first step inside the front door, there was a lovely warm atmosphere and a lovely fragrant smell. We stayed there for 4 days from 2nd-6th January 2024 with our 13 year old daughter and the location with perfect for our city break. The reception, restaurant and public places are immaculate. The main bed was very comfortable. The closest Metro station is just a 5 minute walk away (it was closed when we were there but was only another 5 minute walk to the next Station) and there are bus stations only a 3 minute walk away. It's about 20-25 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. CONS - I have a gluten and milk intolerance and the selection of food at the hotel for me wasn't great. There were only 2 dishes on the restaurant menu that I could have had they didn't have any gluten-free bread or cereal in the restaurant for breakfast. I had to go into the bar for breakfast where they did have gluten free bread and granola in there. Luckily there is a supermarket behind which had an ok selection of gluten and dairy free food for me. The room was nice and spacious but a little bit tired compared to the public areas of the hotel - i.e. the grouting on the shower tiles needs replacing. The bathroom was a strange set-up - the toilet was next to the front door and the bathroom was off the bedroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so thin and you could feel every spring in the mattress and it was so squeeky.
