The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night. I travel globally regularly and will advise my team, and any additional international contacts in my industry to avoid this hotel at all costs, or any hotel they are associated with, as they showed no empathy or support. But were happy to take an additional nights cost. Quite appalling actually.

Great stay, clean, comfortable and convenient
I had a late check-in earlier this week. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. I like that it was quiet too and was a good respite after a long haul flight. It was a cosy room and good use of space. Ie. The couch in front of the bed is a nice touch. Some things to highlight but not a deal breaker: I thought it would have been better to have the closet outside the bathroom instead of it being in the bathroom. The water in the shower runs cold for a brief second and then super hot. So that just comes as a surprise. The gym is sufficiently equipped with weights but can do better for the bike. The two bikes aren't the training bikes with resistant knobs. All in all, a great place to stay and I would probably choose this place again for a short stay. It's also right next to the mall so it's pretty convenient for food, necessities and grocery.

We arrived at 0900 and they let us check into the room early which was so appreciated as we were very jet lagged and needed to sleep. Blackout curtains and a quiet room with great AC were welcome as well. Friendly staff.
