Rooms good. Clean and tidy. Great position in the city. Quiet cul de sac so traffic noise was minimal. Parking next door convenient but the discount initially quoted was not adhered too. Staff member was dismissive to the point of rudeness.

Staff were friendly and courteous, food (breakfast) was fantastic, but everything else was a little average. The beds are so soft I felt like I was sleeping downhill. Never had a bad night's sleep in a hotel until now. And then it was just little details, like no soap in the liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom. The corridors were hot and humid. A/C was hard to dial in (23 was freezing, 24 was boiling). The shower head squirted water onto the ceiling. For breakfast it was inconsistent whether we'd be asked for eggs (so the first day I didn't realise this was actually an option). Everything else was as expected.
