Staff are very helpful, the Front Manager, Jen, in particular.
The complex has a pleasant aspect and dining & shops within walking distance.
Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel a couple of times a few years ago and it was fabulous.
Things have changed.
The property advertised on Wotif vs the actual property are completely different. The photos on Wotif do not reflect the actual room we stayed in at all.
Kitchenette was a microwave on a tacky bedside table - no sink apart from in the bathroom.
The bathroom was dirty, cracked tiles and sink - inadequate ventilation.
The carpet was terribly worn and felt dirty under foot. The photo on Wotif showed clean white tiles.
There was a door to the next room - we could hear the TV all night (watching news at 3am).
The walkway from the elevator to our room had the carpet ripped up and was bare dusty concrete.
The fittings in the room were cheap and nasty.
We will definitely not stay here again.

Regarding the carpet in the Hallway, there was a vandalism incident that flooded 3 floors and carpet had to be removed. We are waiting for the insurance to go ahead for replacing the carpet.
