Bathroom has newly been renovated and is awesome! Hallways and other areas of the property are slightly messy, but the property are undergoing a facelift so that is understandable. Great place to stay for an affordable price.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I understand. I’ve got a discount by using this app. However I still believe a level of customer services required. Not only did it cost me $80 for one and a half days of parking I had to drive past rubbish, laundry and construction equipment and supplies to get to my car park which then had building supplies in it, then we get to the room to find out that the bathroom door doesn’t actually close there’s dirt in the vents there’s mould under the bathroom sink. The bed was like sleeping on rock and add to that we get woken up at 8 am Saturday morning with people cutting plasterboard in the hallway , so now, we are sleeping 2 m away from a construction zone where they are cutting at the wall letting plaster particles go throughout the air, considering that my mother was with me for moral support who was a diabetic and asthmatic. Found it hard to breathe, and we were tracking Plaster in and out of our room every time we had to leave to go and do something we were in Sydney for a vigil to say goodbye to people not to witness a hotel under construction basic law states that any construction is to be isolated away from the general public for their own safety. No masks were offered no opportunity to move or do anything we had to put up with the noise and all the rubbish from what they were doing on top of us they left tools unattended in the hallway. They use plastic drop sheets on the ground while it raining becoming a hazard!

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights without sleep The beds were atrocious and like laying on concrete I woke in agony with severe back pain When discussed with reception, they put a second mattress topper on bed They wouldn’t move us to another room as “ all mattresses are the same”. They have very expensive automatic toilets that heat up and light up but the fundamental basic of a comfortable bed was an enormous fail I will never stay here again
